Method 3 – Toggle hardware acceleration
Hardware acceleration helps in opening graphics-intensivemedia like games and videos etc., in the browser.
When you turn-off the hardware acceleration in abrowser, only your computer’s GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) will be used toprocess all the graphics-intensive media. This lowers the load on the browserand may fix HTML5 video error.
In Google Chrome, you can disablehardware acceleration by following the below steps:

Hi Warren, I suggest you can update Windows to a newer version, for example, from Windows 10 Version 1803 to Windows 10 Version 1809, you’ll need to re-download and install the Media Feature Pack even though you installed it for the previous Windows version.
